The only consistent source of natural pink diamonds in the world, the Argyle diamond mine is tucked away in a northwest corner of western Australia known as the East Kimberley wilderness. The stunning natural landscapes above only hint at the extraordinary wonders hidden below. So rare are these unique jewels that only a handful of pink diamonds over ½ carat are found each year.

From the time a natural pink diamond is discovered and carefully recovered using the most responsible mining practices to the completion of its polishing at the hands of a highly trained master craftsman, a full year will have likely passed by. Painstaking care, planning and precision are all part of translating the rough crystals into the masterpieces and works of art that are Argyle pink diamonds. Each year, 50 to 60 of the most beautiful and valuable are assembled into a collection and brought to market through the are brought to market each year through a global auction known as the Argyle Pink Diamond Tender.
